The process begins with easy online booking, where you can browse our selection, choose the items you need, including high chair hire if required, and select your rental start and end dates. Once your booking is confirmed, your rental period begins at 10:00 AM on your start date, ensuring your gear is ready when your trip begins.
After booking, our team handles all logistics, including delivery coordination, equipment preparation, and scheduling. Every item is deep cleaned and sanitized using baby-safe, non-toxic products before it is inspected for quality and equipment condition. We carefully check each piece to ensure it is safe, functional, and ready for use before it leaves our facility.
We offer flexible delivery and pickup options to suit your travel plans. In most cases, we deliver directly to your accommodation, and everything is arranged in advance so your high chair rentals and other gear are ready on arrival. At the end of your rental, simply leave the equipment at your accommodation by 4:00 PM on your return date and our team will handle pickup.
We also support same day delivery and last minute bookings when available. We also provide high chair hire for families who need short-term or flexible use during their stay. We deliver to houses, Airbnbs, hotels, and private residences across Squamish and surrounding areas, and your delivery address is confirmed during booking so everything arrives exactly where you need it.
We offer free delivery throughout Squamish. For locations outside the main delivery zone, including Britannia Beach and Squamish Valley, a $50 delivery and pickup fee applies. Our delivery range is clearly defined to ensure reliable scheduling and smooth logistics for every order.
Morning delivery is available to ensure your equipment is in place before your day begins. Wherever possible, we coordinate delivery times based on your travel schedule and hours of operation so your arrival is seamless and stress-free. All equipment is fully checked and cleaned before drop off so it is ready for immediate use.Self-pickup is also available for families who prefer to collect their rental in person. All pickup arrangements are confirmed in advance and scheduled around your booking to ensure convenience and flexibility.
At the end of your rental period, simply leave the equipment at your accommodation by 4:00 PM on your return date and our team will handle pickup. This eliminates the need for returns or additional travel during your departure day.
