Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to the rental date receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 30 – 15 days prior to the rental date receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 14 days or less to the rental date receive a 25% refund.
When you complete a reservation we will take your contact information and the location details of where you will be staying during your time in Squamish. Before your arrival we will discuss and arrange with you the best way to deliver your gear.
We understand that our rental service is an important part of your plan, and we strive to provide the best delivery and pickup service possible. Whenever feasible, we will coordinate with the property manager to ensure that your items are placed inside your unit for you. In the unlikely event that we are unable to access the property, we will leave your items outside, and kindly ask that you place them outside at the end of your rental period for pickup. We will do our best to make the delivery and pickup process as smooth and convenient as possible.

Sea to Sky Tots offers free rental delivery within Squamish. For Squamish Valley, Paradise Valley and Britannia Beach we charge a $50 delivery/pickup fee.
We recommend making reservations at least two weeks in advance. However, if you are interested in shorter-term dates, please reach out to us. All reservations must be requested first, and you will receive a confirmation email once your reservation is confirmed.
As the renter of our equipment, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is well taken care of and returned in the same condition it was received. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be repaired or replaced at your expense. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking near any of our equipment, as fibers and plastics can absorb the odor.
In the event that equipment is returned to us excessively dirty, such as with vomit or feces, or smelling of smoke, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of $25 per item. Please note that lost items will be replaced at the renters expense.

These cleaning products are specially formulated to remove dirt, grease, bacteria, and viruses from surfaces, ensuring that our equipment is thoroughly cleaned before being rented out again.
When it comes to sanitizing our gear, we understand that many disinfectants contain ingredients that could have unintended side effects. For this reason, we opt for natural disinfectants that are safe for use around babies and children. Our natural disinfectants effectively eliminate harmful germs and bacteria, without compromising the safety of our customers.
